Positive, The spacious room had stunning views that made my stay extra special. I loved the public bathing area. it was a perfect way to relax. The self-service laundry was a nice surprise, and the location near the tram stations was super convenient! 😊

Access to the lobby could be more straightforward!!! Hidden elevator door is easily overlooked by guests. Room size may disappoint, lacking expected space!!! It didn't quite meet our needs during our stay.

Easily accessible location makes exploring effortless, and the modern decor adds a touch of luxury to your stay. A lovely view from the restaurant enhanced our dining experience.

Breakfast lacked fresh fruit options, which was disappointing given the local abundance. The layout of the room felt awkward and cramped, making relaxation challenging.

Blossom Kumamoto blew me away! The staff went above and beyond, especially when I needed Tabi slippers for a presentation. Spacious rooms and great Wi-Fi made our stay easy. Breakfast could use more variety, though. Overall, I loved it!

Family with children great stay

The public pool was a lifesaver after wandering around all day. we spent a whole afternoon just relaxing there, it felt like a mini vacation within our trip! also the coffee machine in the lobby helped me stay awake for those late-night planning sessions.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but acceptable for what we got.

This place was just an appropriate option for a transient visit in Kumamoto with exceptional value. The mechanical noise in my room wasn't too loud, but it did make sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Make sure to ask the staff about the best routes to local spots, as they can give great tips.
